Quality management is the sum of several coordinated activities which manage and control the quality of an organization’s operations. The application of comprehensive quality management tools significantly contributes to operational efficiency improvements, cost-reductions, the development of optimally regulated and reliable processes, as well as to the assurance of customer-focused, well-balanced and increasing product and service quality.
To promote innovation and efficiency improvements, we explore ideas including employee proposals as well as implementing the ones which prove to be useful.
We operate certified standards-based management systems in all those areas requested by customers or identified as necessary by law at legal entity or operating levels.
Besides Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001, we operate other professional standards-based management systems such as Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), the Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001) and the Energy Management System (ISO 50001) where possible, in an integrated manner.
Into the framework of the ISO 9001 system are built additional requirements such as food hygiene prescriptions (HACCP), laboratory accreditation (ISO 17025), Type C inspection body accreditation (ISO 17020), welding and pressure vessel activities (ISO 3834), requirements of storage tanks, production of fasteners as well as the Rail Safety Management System, supplying the requirements of NATO (AQAP), CE marking for bitumens, specific requirements of safety management and technical safety.
Bio-sustainability compliance (ISCC certificate) ensures production of bio fuels as well as increasing the proportion of low-carbon products and services according to ISCC prescriptions.
Our certified management systems guarantee that our processes are carried out as defined by the standards. These systems contribute to increasing our credibility and strengthening the confidence of our business partners.
