If you have been selected by MOL Group to sign the contract electronically, you will receive an email invitation from DocuSign sent on behalf of the MOL Group.

Open the email and review the message from the sender. Click REVIEW DOCUMENT to begin the signing process.

CONDUCT SMS VERIFICATION
You are asked to enter the SMS verification code that has been sent to your mobile phone*.
AUTO- COMPLETE SIGNATURE
Once all parties completed signing in DocuSign, you will receive email notification that the Contract signing process has been completed.
* Advanced Electronic Signatures were released as part of the EU regulation 910/2014, also known as eIDAS. These electronic signatures require that signers authenticate and verify their identity before they can sign a document. Once users authenticate and verify their identity, DocuSign generates a digital certificate that testifies the identity of the signer and binds them to the document they sign.
