Gasoline 95 – advanced reliability for everyday life

The reliable, consistently high quality MOL 95 gasoline are suitable both for conventional system carburettor type and modern direct injection turbocharged motors. All product properties meet or exceed the specifications set in Standard EN 228 (EuroNorm standard for gasoline fuels). Beside environmental protection considerations, our product development efforts focus on meeting application technology requirements up to the highest standards.

Free from sulphur meets European standards

We produce our gasolines with sulphur content below 10 ppm according to the most recent European norms. Extra low sulphur content protects the environment and extends the engine-life as well as the lifetime of the catalysts therefore reducing maintenance costs.

Bio-blending for sustainable future

In-line with the European Union’s bio and renewable directives for transportation fuels MOL Group is blending biocomponent (ethanol) into the main grade gasoline 95 up to 10% (depending on national regulation). In conformity with environmental regulations concerning vapor pressure requirements, the Group produces and sells three gasoline grades (E0, E5 and E10) with three seasonalities (winter, summer and transitional).

Gasoline 100 – optimization excellence for maximum performance

To achieve maximum performance and to feel great driving experience we recommend the top performing Gasoline 100 to our customers. With high octane and special formulation (using developed and tested blending recipe) this fuel is engineered for increased acceleration and maximum power. The advanced effects can be experienced by any driver even if the car’s engine is not strictly requiring premium gasoline. This top-tier fuel is especially suitable for vehicles geared with advanced direct injection engines.

Bio-component with superior octane

To achieve the European Union’s RED II renewable directive, MOL Group’s premium gasolines contain Ethyl Tert-Butyl Ether (ETBE) which is not only helping to fulfil the bio requirement but also increases fuel performance thanks to its outstanding octane value (RON around 110). Since required bio-content is ensured by ETBE blending, our premium fuels are not containing ethanol.

How we can boost fuel performance - the Performance Package treatment

MOL Group is cooperating with international additive producers in order to further optimize motor gasolines and endow them with extra properties to significantly increase the fuel performance.

Our Gasoline 95 and Gasoline 100 can be treated with the most up-to-date performance package additives which can prolong the life of the engine with keep-clean and clean-up additives.

The additives in fuel deliver cleaning effect on the engine’s fuel-feed system. With reduced sedimentation on the surface of the suction-valve and in the injector, the perfect amount of fuel gets into the cylinders, the combustion is going to be more efficient so the engine can provide constant performance. Achieving better combustion inside the chamber is not just significantly increases the power, but in the meantime also decreasing the emission of harmful pollutants.

Thanks to the special properties of our additive supplemented gasoline products the engine can approach its original performance. With optimized burning and cleaned engine system the chance of unforeseen breakdowns is reduced meanwhile the lifetime of the engine is becoming longer.
