Share purchase of MOL manager
Mr. Ferenc Hováth, Executive Vice President of Downstream, member of the Executive Board of MOL, purchased 4,000 pieces of MOL shares at HUF 12,100 per share on average on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 26th of June 2014, with the assistance of OTP Bank Plc. as investment service provider.
After the transaction Mr. Ferenc Hováth owns 28,198 MOL shares.
