Share purchase of a MOL board member
Dr. Sándor Csányi, Deputy Chairman of MOL Board of Directors notified the Company that Sertorius Global Opportunities Fund Pte. Ltd. (seat: 339914 Singapore, 20 Bendemeer Road no. 03-12.) operating under his indirect ownership interest, purchased 75,000 pieces of MOL shares at HUF 15,382.93 per share on average on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 7th of March 2016, with the assistance of Concorde Securities Ltd., as investment service provider.
Consequently, shareholding of Sertorius Ltd. in MOL increased to 145,000 pieces. The direct shareholding of Dr. Sándor Csányi in MOL remained unchanged (9,500 pieces).
