MOL transferred treasury shares to MOL Plc ESOP organization
MOL Plc. hereby notifies the market of the following:
MOL Plc. transferred 1,159,411 pieces of Series “A” MOL Ordinary shares to the MOL Plc. Employee Share Ownership Program (ESOP) Organization according to the MOL Remuneration Policies on 27 April 2018.
Following this transaction the number of Series "A" MOL Ordinary shares directly and indirectly owned by MOL decreased to 80,137,794. The number of Series "C" MOL Ordinary shares remains unchanged at 578.
The new physical share based employee share ownership program fully supports the achievement of the goals set out in MOL's 2030 strategy as well as the long-term value creation for the benefit of our shareholders.
