MOL transferred further treasury shares to MOL ESOP organization
In line with the company’s previous announcement on 5 December 2018, MOL transferred 6,211,663 pieces of MOL shares to MOL ESOP Organization.
Following this transaction MOL directly and indirectly owns 68,519,772 “A” Series and 578 “C” Series MOL Ordinary shares.
