MOL has been included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index
MOL Plc. hereby informs capital market participants that MOL has once again been selected as an index component of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index following a five year absence. The evaluation was conducted by RobecoSAM, a specialist in sustainability investment.
Membership in the DJSI is restricted to corporations judged to be best-in-class when compared to industry peers based on selected sustainability criteria. Given its long-term commitment to sustainable development, the company is particularly pleased to be recognized as a top sustainability performer within the industry.
RobecoSAM invited 68 Oil and Gas sector companies, finally only admitting 10. Following the inclusion, MOL is now ranked in the top 15% of Upstream & Integrated oil and gas companies worldwide based on sustainability performance and is the sole CEE member of the index.
