MOL declared exercising the right to purchase TVK shares
MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants that after the closing of the successful Voluntary Public Tender Offer of Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company shares, it intends to exercise its right to purchase pursuant to Sections 69 para. (6) and 76/D of the Capital Market Act (Act No CXX of 2001) for all shares not owned by MOL Plc. following the closing of the recent Tender Offer.
Accordingly, MOL publishes the following statement based on Section 76/D of Act No CXX of 2001 on capital markets.
