Intra-year expiration of Board Members' terms to be aligned to April

Dr. György Bacsa resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of MOL with an effective date of 30 April 2026. The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be held on April 10, 2026, the reelection of Dr. György Bacsa for a term running from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2031. If the Annual General Meeting resolves in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, the intra-year expiration of the terms of all members of the Board of Directors will uniformly fall in April.
