Extension of credit facility agreements
MOL Plc. hereby notifies the market of the following:
The following 5 years revolving credit facility (‘RCF’) agreements were extended by one additional year with unchanged margin levels:
- EUR 615 million RCF (dated 29 June 2016): amount of EUR 615 million extended (new maturity 29 June 2022)
- USD 1,550 million RCF (dated 30 October 2014): amount of USD 1,275 million extended (new maturity 30 October 2020)
Both facilities are arranged as club-deals and can be further extended by one additional year.
