(seat: 339914 Singapore, 20 Bendemeer Road no. 03-12.) in which he has qualifying interest purchased EUR 20,000,000 total nominal value of MOL 2.625% 4/28/23 Bond (ISIN: XS1401114811) issued by MOL Plc. at 99.3% net value on the OTC market with the assistance of CSAM Asset Management Pte.
Furthermore Dr. Sándor Csányi purchased EUR 3,000,000 total nominal value of the same Bond at 99.3% net value on the OTC market with the assistance of OTP Bank Plc. as investment service provider. Following the transactions Dr. Sándor Csányi directly and indirectly owns EUR 23,000,000 total nominal value of MOL 2.625% 4/28/23 Bond today.
