Amendment of strike prices under share option agreements

MOL Plc. (“MOL”) hereby notifies the market of the following:

Based on the share option agreement related to 34,446,554 Series “A” MOL Ordinary shares, concluded on 20 June 2022 with UniCredit Bank AG, the strike price for both the call and the put options has been amended to EUR 6.50706 per share.

Based on the share option agreement related to 34,281,056 Series “A” MOL Ordinary shares, concluded on 20 June 2022 with ING Bank N.V., the strike price for both the call and the put options has been amended to EUR 6.7008 per share.

The amendment does not trigger any movement in treasury shares, MOL directly and indirectly owns 19,966,061 Series "A" and 578 Series "C" MOL Ordinary shares.
