Amendment of strike price under the share option agreement between MOL Plc and MUFG Securities EMEA Plc.
MOL Plc. (“MOL”) hereby notifies the market of the following:
The strike price for both the call and the put options under the share option agreement related to 4,894,187 Series “A” MOL Ordinary shares, entered into on 6 November 2017 with MUFG Securities EMEA plc has been amended to EUR 9.8947 per share as of May 4, 2018.
MOL directly and indirectly owns 79,988,994 "A" Series and 578 "C" Series MOL Ordinary shares.
