Organisational and personnel changes

The Extraordinary General Meeting of MOL held on 27 November 2025 decided to transform MOL Plc. into a holding company, which came into effect today.

Following the demerger, András Tóth, Dr. Sándor Puskás and Csaba Szabó, among the employee delegates of the Supervisory Board of MOL Plc., are not directly employed by MOL Plc., and therefore their membership of the Supervisory Board – due to the cessation of their employment–  is also terminated with an effective date of 31 March 2026.
