Share purchase of MOL manager
Dr. Oszkár Világi, member of the Board of Directors of MOL, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of SLOVNAFT a.s., purchased 2,310 pieces of MOL shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange at HUF 12,080 per share on average with the assistance of OTP Bank Plc., as investment service provider on 27th of June 2014.
After the transactions Dr. Oszkár Világi owns 13,610 MOL shares.
