Change in the voting rights of ING Groep N.V. and MNV Zrt.
MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants that as a consequence of the 2% share cancellation, which was registered on 11th July 2016 and was announced on 13th July 2016 ING Groep N.V. notified the Company that the indirect voting rights of ING Groep N.V. in MOL Plc. increased to 5.10% from 4.997%
For the same reason MNV Zrt also informed the Company that the direct voting rights of MNV Zrt. increased to 25.24% from 24.74% on 11th of July 2016.
