ING Groep N.V. notification on change of voting rights
MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants that ING Groep N.V. on its own behalf and also in the name of ING Bank N.V. sent the following notification to the Company, informing MOL Plc. that ING Groep N.V.’s indirect and ING Bank N. V.’s direct voting rights in MOL Plc. has fallen below 5%, to 4.996% due to changes in ownership structure within ING Group as of 26th of May 2015.
