MOL successfully concludes negotiations with Serbian government on NIS transaction
MOL has successfully concluded negotiations with the Serbian government regarding the conclusion of a shareholders’ agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake in Naftna Industrija Srbije a.d. (“NIS”).
Negotiations with the seller and the relevant authorities are ongoing in order to finalize the transaction.
