Delisting of MOL ADRs from the London stock exchange and luxembourg stock exchange
MOL Plc. (“MOL”) hereby notifies the market of the following:
The Board of Directors has decided to request the voluntary delisting of the Company’s American Depositary Receipts with ISIN code US6084642023 (the “ADRs”) from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the International Order Book IOBU segment of the London Stock Exchange.
The main reason for the proposed cancellation is the very low liquidity and trading volume of the ADRs in recent years. On average there is one transaction every ten days on the London Stock Exchange, while there has been no trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for several years.

Following the delisting, the ADR program will not be terminated and the trading of the ADRs will thereafter be limited to the OTC market.
